One of the best bag's i have ever hacked with, easy to stall and fairly good for circle play, if your a beginer or an expirienced player, then this bag can help you with your game. I was afraid of metal at first but its smooth and an amazing style of footbag. =^-^=.

- What do you think is better? Sand footbags or metal footbags?
- It all depends on your skill level, and what you are wanting to do with your footbag. The metal footbags are heavier so they are easiest to stall and great for beginners. The sand footbags are a little lighter which makes them harder to stall but great for putting pop in your tricks. Hope this helps!
