What does "Adds" mean?
Footbag tricks have different levels of difficulty. The difficulty of a trick is shown by the "Adds". A 7 Add trick is considerably harder than a 2 Add trick. When you delay the footbag, that is 1 Add. When you spin, jump or twist, that is 1 add.
The primary Adds used to create most freestyle tricks are: Delay [del], Body [bod], Cross Body [xbd], Unusual Surface [uns], Dexterity [dex].
