Which footbag should I choose?

How long will it take to get my order?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on what day you place the order, where you live, and which shipping method you choose.
- What day did you place the order?
We ship orders every single weekday. If you order before 10AM on a weekday, your order will most likely be packaged that same day. If you order after 10AM on a weekday, your order will be packaged up the next day. We do not ship on weekends. If you place your order after 10AM on a Friday, your order will be in USPS hands the following Tuesday morning.
- Where do you live?
We ship all orders from Elkhart, Indiana. The closer you live to Indiana, the quicker your order will arrive.
- Which shipping method did you choose?
Here are the estimated transit times for each shipping method we offer. Keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends, and if you place your order after 10AM, it will be packaged the next day.
- Flat Rate ($3) Domestic: Lower 48 US States: 7-10 Business Days
- Flat Rate ($3) International: 2-4 Weeks
- APO: 1-4 Weeks
- Priority Mail USA: 2-5 Business Days
- Priority Mail International: 10-13 Business Days
How do I track my order?
If you choose Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Our Flat Rate method ($3) does not provide tracking numbers. International shipments (Priority and First Class) do not come with tracking numbers.
Why is the footbag I want out of stock?
We only make small quantities of each footbag style that we sell. We aren't Wal-Mart, and we want you to have a unique footbag. Over the past 10 years, we have produced literally hundreds of unique designs that we will never make again. If you see a footbag that you really like and it's still in stock, buy it quick because it might be gone tomorrow, never to return again. People who bought the Gumball 32 Facile got their hands on one of our best footbags ever made, and we only made 25 of them.
Why don't you answer the phone when I call?
If you call us during normal business hours, we will answer (unless we are in the warehouse filling orders). If you call us at 10PM on a Friday night, we probably watching the latest Chronicles of Narnia movie. Our business hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, Eastern Standard Time. If you need to get a hold of us outside those hours, leave a message or send us an email. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Do you ever have discounts or sales?
Yep, and our Facebook Page is the place to hear about them. We also send out discount coupons through email, so subscribe to our newsletter. We won't spam you, and we only send emails once a month.
